HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.
* RAINFALL RATES OF TWO TO THREE INCHES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED
ACROSS SAMPSON COUNTY BY 530 AM. THE HEAVIEST RAIN WIIL FALL
