WESTERN GRAND FORKS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA. * UNTIL 515 PM CDT. * AT 430 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LOGAN CENTER...OR ABOUT 42 MILES WEST OF GRAND FORKS...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
