TRAILL COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA. * UNTIL 1245 AM CDT. * AT 636 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS IN TRAILL COUNTY. * PORTLAND...HILLSBORO...MAYVILLE...ROSEVILLE AND CLIFFORD WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN.
