* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  TRAILL COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 545 AM CDT.

* AT 1131 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF BUXTON TO 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  KELSO...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 20 MILES SOUTH OF GRAND
  FORKS TO 32 MILES NORTHWEST OF FARGO...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE
  NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* PORTLAND...HILLSBORO...MAYVILLE...ROSEVILLE AND KELSO WILL BE 
  AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 INCHES AN
