THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  WILLIAMSON

* UNTIL 800 AM CST

* AT 728 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG INDICATIONS THAT A TORNADO IS OCCURRING 
  TIME 2 MILES SOUTH OF THRALL...OR ABOUT 9 MILES EAST OF TAYLOR...  
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

AT 717 AM...SPOTTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD WITH THIS STORM...AND 
STORM DEBRIS WAS REPORTED BY A TV METEOROLOGIST ON HIGHWAY 290 
BETWEEN MANOR AND ELGIN AT 704 AM.
