* AT 808 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTH OF SHINER...OR ABOUT 5 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF YOAKUM...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE...
  3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SHINER AT 815 AM
