* AT 709 PM...THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD  
  REPORTED A TORNADO OVER GONZALES COUNTY 3 MILES WEST OF BELMONT.   
  THIS STORM CONTINUE TO SHOW SIGNS THAT A TORNADO COULD DEVELOP AT  
  ANY TIME.  THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 40 MPH.
