THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  MEDINA

* UNTIL 415 PM CDT

* AT 121 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF VERY
  HEAVY RAIN FROM MEDIA LAKE TO YANCEY.  MOVEMENT IS SOUTHWEST AT 15 TO
  20 MPH.  RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR ARE OCCURRING 
  WITHIN THIS BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
