THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BANDERA

* UNTIL 545 PM CDT

* AT 241 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN BANDERA COUNTY...INCLUDING BANDERA AND PIPE
  CREEK.  RAINFALL RATES ARE ESTIMATED AT 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR. 
  MOVEMENT IS WEST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
