* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  MEDINA
  UVALDE

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 406 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TWO TO THREE
  INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OCCURRING OVER MEDINA  AND UVALDE COUNTIES
  FROM NEAR MEDINA LAKE TO UTOPIA AND CONCAN.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...UNDERPASSES...COUNTRY ROADS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
