BEXAR * UNTIL 130 AM CDT * AT 1031 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER BEXAR COUNTY AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RAINFALL RATES WILL BE OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR OVER ALREADY SATURATED SOILS. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
