THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  WILLIAMSON

* UNTIL 300 PM CDT

* AT 1240 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS      
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY MOVING NORTH AT 25 MPH FROM TRAVIS INTO
  WILLIAMSON COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE
  ESTIMATED BY RADAR MOVING INTO THE ROUND ROCK AND TAYLOR AREAS. 

CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL ONCE AGAIN BE ON THE RISE ALONG WITH LOW 
WATER CROSSINGS AND STREET FLOODING.  

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS 
THE ROADWAY.
