STEPHENSON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS WHITESIDE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS * UNTIL 930 AM CDT * AT 425 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WITH A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH THE AREA. STEPHENSON...CARROLL...AND WHITESIDE COUNTIES HAVE ALREADY HAD 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN EARLIER TONIGHT. THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE IN MORRISON REPORTS WIDESPREAD FLOODING...WITH SEVERAL ROADS CLOSED.
