THE PRIMARY FORECAST ISSUES ARE POPS AND SEVERE/ HEAVY RAIN THREAT. THE 12Z NCEP MODELS ARE IN FAIR AGREEMENT... PREFER THE ETA/AVN NOW OVER THE NGM. SIMILARLY...PREFER GENERALLY HIGHER FAN/MAV POPS OVER FWC. NO BIG CHANGES IN THE FORECAST...THE UPPER LOW DRIFTS SWWRD TOWARD CNTRL TX AND SHEARS APART OVER THE NEXT 3-5 DAYS. THE SEVERE THREAT WILL INCREASE SOME AS 0-6 KM WIND SHEAR INCREASES AND MID-LEVEL TEMPS COOL.
