  LIBERTY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 330 PM CDT

* AT 1230 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A PERSISTENT AREA OF VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HALF OF LIBERTY COUNTY. THE
GROUND IS ALREADY SATURATED SO ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL LEAD TO
FLOODING. THROUGH THE PRECIPITATION IS GENERALLY MOVING
WESTWARD...ADDITIONAL TRAINING RAINS FROM THE EAST ARE EXPECTED
THROUGH THE PERIOD.

CWF TO ACCOUNT FOR DEVELOPING SOUTHEAST THEN EAST WINDS WITH SYSTEM
MOVING OFFSHORE. WILL HOIST THE SCA FOR ALL ZONES.
