THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  BANDERA

* UNTIL 745 AM CDT

* AT 540 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH RAINFALL RATES OF TWO TO THREE INCHES AN 
  HOUR OVER BANDERA MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. PERSONS IN FLOOD PRONE
AREAS SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
