* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...

* AT 815 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
MOVING EASTWARD INTO WESTERN ATASCOSA COUNTY WITH RAINFALL RATES
OF 2 TO 4 INCHES PER HOUR FOR THE NEXT HOUR.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
