* AT 853 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
MAINLY OVER SOUTH AND EAST SAN ANTONIO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25
MPH. RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
