* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...

GUADALUPE
* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT
* AT 905 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING EAST NEAR 25 MPH INTO
WESTERN WILSON AND WESTERN GUADALUPE COUNTIES. RAINFALL RATES
AMOUNTS OF TWO TO THREE INCHES ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS LINE OF
STORMS.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
