* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  KARNES

* UNTIL 1145 PM CDT

* AT 950 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  MOVING INTO NORTHERN AND WESTERN KARNES COUNTY WITH RAINFALL RATES
  OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4
  INCHES ARE POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT TWO HOURS AS THESE STORMS MOVE
  SLOWLY EAST ACROSS THE COUNTY  

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
