* AT 649 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM DEVINE TO
BLANCO...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES
PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS LINE.
WITH ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS...EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM
WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND
UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO
FLASH FLOODING.
