RAIN FROM CANYON LAKE TO WIMBERLY TO AUSTIN TO GEORGETOWN. VERY
HEAVY RAIN WAS ALSO FROM SEGUIN TO LOCKHART AND MENDOZA. RAINFALL
RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE ESTIMATED.
