WILSON KARNES REAL * UNTIL 845 PM CDT * AT 439 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STATIONARY SHOWERS ALONG THE WILSON KARNES COUNTY LINE. RAINFALL RATES ARE ESTIMATED NEAR 3 INCHES AN HOUR. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO TRAVERSE SOUTHERN REAL COUNTY FROM CAMP WOOD TO RIO FRIO. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
