GONZALES KARNES * UNTIL 400 AM CDT * AT 1157 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO GONZALES AND KARNES COUNTIES...PRODUCING RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES AN HOUR. MOVEMENT IS TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. FLOODING IS OCCURRING OVER LOW WATER CROSSING...CREEKS AND STREAMS. PERSONS IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS NEED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
