* AT 702 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER KERR COUNTY NEAR KERRVILLE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXCEEDING 2 INCHES AN HOUR.

FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSING...AND LOW LYING AREAS WILL OCCUR.
