* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* HEAVY RAINS HAD MOVED OUT OF THE AREA 9 PM BUT NUMEROUS LOW       
  WATER CROSSINGS AND LOW LYING AREAS WERE STILL IN FLOOD.    
  RESIDENTS ARE URGED NOT TO VENTURE OUT ON FLOODED ROADWAYS.
  MOTORISTS ARE REMINDED NOT TO ATTEMPT PASSAGE OVER FLOODED LOW
  WATER CROSSINGS OR WHERE WATER IS COVERING THE ROADWAYS.
