  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR OVER
  KENDALL AND BLANCO COUNTIES MOVING INTO THE COUNTIES OF 
  COMAL...TRAVIS...BEXAR AND HAYS.   
 
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
