THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DODGE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BARBER COUNTY IN KANSAS

* UNTIL 700 AM CDT.

* AT 406 AM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED WIDESPREAD 
THUNDERSTORMS OVER BARBER COUNTY WITH MORE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING 
OVER NORTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA. RADAR ESTIMATES FROM PREVIOUS 
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY SINCE MONDAY NIGHT INDICATE 2 TO 3 INCHES OF 
RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL THIS MORNING WILL 
LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
