* AT 354 AM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED INDICATED A 
CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER LANE...NESS...HODGEMAN...AND PAWNEE 
COUNTIES MOVING NORTHEAST. RADAR ESTIMATES FROM PREVIOUS 
THUNDERSTORMS THIS MORNING INDICATE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 
INCHES OVER PORTIONS OF ELLIS...NESS...RUSH...AND TREGO COUNTIES. 
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL FROM FURTHER THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL LIKELY 
PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ALONG
FLOOD PRONE STREETS AND UNDERPASSES...HIGHWAYS AND ALONG OTHER
DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
