THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 430 AM EDT.

* AT 227 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A   
THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG THE SUSQUEHANNA RIVER 
NEAR AND JUST SOUTH OF SUNBURY. 

THE HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE UNTIL AROUND 330 AM. FLOODED ROADS AND 
BASEMENTS WILL BE THE MAIN PROBLEM EARLY THIS MORNING. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
