THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WARREN COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 1245 AM EDT.

* AT 1046 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING OVER MOST OF 
  WARREN COUNTY. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF BY 1130 PM. 

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE 
WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
ALREADY FALLEN IN THE LAST 3 HOURS...WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN IN THE 
KANE AREA. ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE BEFORE MIDNIGHT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
