* AT 328 PM CDT STORM SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO BETWEEN RED OAK AND
  WISTER MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  RADAR INDICATED THE STRONGEST
  ROTATION WITH THIS STORM 2 MILES EAST OF RED OAK. IF YOU ARE IN THE
  PATH OF THIS STORM TAKE COVER NOW.  

TORNADO WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM FOR SOUTHERN LE FLORE COUNTY.
