* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 304 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 13 MILES WEST OF OCTAVIA...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME. ANOTHER
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH ROTATION WAS LOCATED 10 MILES WEST OF 
  WHITESBORO...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
