* AT 257 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF MOYERS. MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH...THIS
  DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.  THIS STORM
  HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  ANOTHER SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION WAS LOCATED 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
  ALBION...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
