HAIL TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70
MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

PERIPHERY OF STRONG UPPER TROUGH...WHICH WILL INCREASE WIND DAMAGE
POTENTIAL. THERE IS SOME CONCERN FOR SUPERCELLS IN THE IMMEDIATE
VICINITY OF FRONTAL BOUNDARY...BUT STRONG STATIC STABILITY ON THE
COOL SIDE OF THE FRONT SHOULD LIMIT THE TORNADO THREAT.
