* AT 703 PM EDT WEATHER RADAR DETECTED AND THE PUBLIC REPORTED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER WAKE COUNTY.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
  RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES.
