* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DURHAM COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA
  ORANGE COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 430 AM EDT

* AT 135 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ADDITIONAL
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SLOWLY NORTH INTO ORANGE AND
  DURHAM COUNTIES.

* LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS CONTINUE TO REPORT FLOODING IN
  CHAPEL HILL AND DURHAM. AN ADDITIONAL 1.0 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN
  PER HOUR IS EXPECTED THROUGH 300 AM... FURTHER ENHANCING RUNOFF
  INTO LOCAL STREAMS AND CREEKS.
