* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 230 AM EDT

* AT 1132 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY SLOW
  MOVING THUNDERSTORMS TRAINING OVER THE SAME LOCATIONS OF FRANKLIN
  COUNTY. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP
  OVER THE SAME AREAS FROM LOUISBURG TO CENTERVILLE AND AROUND
  FRANKLINTON.

* RADAR ESTIMATES 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN FELL BETWEEN 1030 PM AND
