VERY HEAVY RAINFALL HAS BEEN FALLING OVER HARDIN AND LIBERTY
COUNTY THE LAST 2-3 HOURS DUE TO A NEARLY STATIONARY CLUSTER OF
STORMS. RADAR ESTIMATES IN THESE TWO COUNTIES OF 6-9 INCHES WITH THE
DEFAULT ZR AND 10-14 INCHES WITH THE TROPICAL ZR. LL SOUTHERLIES OF
20-25 KNOTS AND PW OF 1.85-2.00 INCHES PAINTS A WET PICTURE FOR SETX.
LAST 30 MINUTES OF RADAR VELOCITY DATA INDICATES THE COLD POOL MAY BE
FORCING A MESOSCALE BOUNDARY PERPENDICULAR TO INFLOW. THIS HAS SOME
SIMILARITIES TO THE OCTOBER 1994 FLOOD EVENT. WILL UPDATE ZONES
SHORTLY FOR ADDITION OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND WILL ISSUE A
