* AT 705 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.
* FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN OR NEAR...
MOSS HILL...CLEVELAND...RYE AND DAISETTA
A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL STRETCHED ALONG AND
NORTH OF A LINE FROM NEAR SARATOGA TO MOSS HILL TO CLEVELAND. RADAR
ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 10 INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER THE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE
COUNTY. ADDITONAL RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES IS POSSIBLE.

VERY HEAVY RAINFALL HAS BEEN FALLING OVER HARDIN AND LIBERTY
COUNTY THE LAST 2-3 HOURS DUE TO A NEARLY STATIONARY CLUSTER OF
STORMS. RADAR ESTIMATES IN THESE TWO COUNTIES OF 6-9 INCHES WITH THE
DEFAULT ZR AND 10-14 INCHES WITH THE TROPICAL ZR. LL SOUTHERLIES OF
20-25 KNOTS AND PW OF 1.85-2.00 INCHES PAINTS A WET PICTURE FOR SETX.
LAST 30 MINUTES OF RADAR VELOCITY DATA INDICATES THE COLD POOL MAY BE
FORCING A MESOSCALE BOUNDARY PERPENDICULAR TO INFLOW. THIS HAS SOME
SIMILARITIES TO THE OCTOBER 1994 FLOOD EVENT. WILL UPDATE ZONES
