* LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED...FLOODING OF HOMES ALONG SH-146.

* FLOODING IS OCCURRING IN OR NEAR...
  MOSS HILL...ROMAYOR...RYE...CLEVELAND

REPORTS OF FM-787 HAS BEEN WASHED OUT NEAR ROMAYOR...SH-146 IS
IMPASSABLE NORTH OF MOSS HILL.

SMALL CREEKS...STREAMS...BAYOUS...WILL LIKELY RISE OUT OF THEIR BANKS
IN RESPONSE TO THE HEAVY RAINFALL. RADAR ESTIMATES A LARGE ARE OF
GREATER THAN 8 INCHES. SOME AREAS NORTH OF MOSS HILL AND EAST OF

OF RAINFALL EXCEEDING 8 FROM NORTHEAST HARDIN COUNTY TO NEAR
MOSS HILL WEST TO THE TRINITY RIVER NORTH-NORTHEAST TO NEAR RYE.
RADAR ESTIMATES PEAK AT 14-20 INCHES IN NORTHEAST LIBERTY AND
NORTHWEST HARDIN COUNTY  HOUSE FLOODING HAS OCCURRED IN RYE AND
SANDBAGGING UNDERWAY. (THANKS CHANNEL 6 IN LIBERTY AND LCH FOR THE
INFO)  (A NEW REPORT JUST CAME IN FROM TV-6 METEOROLOGIST MULTIPLE
REPORTS OF 13 IN MOSS HILL.)

WATER VAPOR INDICATES MOISTURE AXIS ARCING OUT OF THE WESTERN GULF
AND ACROSS SETX INTERSECTING THE REGION OF LIFT BETWEEN SUBTROPICAL
JET AND POLAR JET. RAIN COOLED BOUNDARY APPEARS TO BE SELF
SUSTAINING-WITH MORE MOISTURE HEADED TOWARD THE BOUNDARY. THIS PATTERN
IS FORECAST TO SLOWLY WEAKEN THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT PER THE 12Z RUNS AND
00Z RUC. AM NOT SO CONFIDENT THAT IT WILL WEAKEN...WILL LET THE FFA
