COUNTRY INCLUDING THE AUSTIN AREA THROUGH 1 AM CDT.  A SLOW MOVING
COLD FRONT ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS EXTENDING INTO WEST TEXAS WILL
DRIFT INTO THE NORTHERN HILL COUNTRY OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.  THE
