ST. FRANCIS COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS * UNTIL 920 PM CST * AT 831 PM CST... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO ABOUT THREE MILES SOUTHWEST OF PALESTINE IN WESTERN ST FRANCIS COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR... PALESTINE BY 835 PM FORREST CITY BY 840 PM .A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER...
