* UNTIL 1020 PM CST

* AT 815 PM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO MOVE OVER RANDOLPH
  AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES. MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH..

* STREET FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN POCAHONTAS BY COUNTY OES..RADAR
  ESTIMATES UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ON THE AREA
  BETWEEN 500 PM AND 800 PM TONIGHT. .
