* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CRAIGHEAD COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS
  CROSS COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS
  MISSISSIPPI COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS
  POINSETT COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS
  DUNKLIN COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI
  PEMISCOT COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI

* AT 0250 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM THE MISSOURI BOOTHEEL
  SOUTHWESTWARD TO CROSS COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE SAME AREA FOR
  THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
  UP TO 2 TO 4 INCHES HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED SINCE 11 PM CST.


.BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS, AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
