BANDERA COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 250 PM CDT * AT 200 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR UTOPIA... MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * PEA TO MARBLE SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED NEAR UTOPIA WITH THIS STORM. RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL RATES OF NEAR 2 INCHES PER HOUR.
