JIM HOGG COUNTY IN SOUTHERN TEXAS STARR COUNTY IN SOUTHERN TEXAS * UNTIL 155 AM CST SUNDAY MORNING * AT 950 CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS OVER CENTRAL AND NORTHERN STARR AND SOUTHERN JIM HOGG COUNTIES.
