THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DODDRIDGE COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN WEST VIRGINIA.
  TYLER COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN WEST VIRGINIA.

* UNTIL 200 AM EDT.

* AT 140 PM...THE CREST ON MIDDLE ISLAND CREEK WAS BETWEEN NEW
  MILTON AND SMITHBURG IN DODDRIDGE COUNTY.  THE CREST SHOULD
  REACH WEST UNION IN THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS.  THEN IT WILL
  MOVE ON TO MIDDLEBOURNE IN TYLER COUNTY AROUND MIDNIGHT.

  FLOODING WILL OCCUR ALONG THE MIDDLE ISLAND CREEK AS THE CREST
  PUSHES THROUGH.
