* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN BRAXTON COUNTY ABOVE SUTTON LAKE IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST
  VIRGINIA.

* UNTIL 800 AM EDT SATURDAY.

* LAW ENFORCEMENTS OFICIALS WILL BE EVACUATING PERSONS ALONG THE
  HOLLEY AND ELK RIVERS AS THEY ENTER INTO SUTTON LAKE.
  THE HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN THE UPSTREAM COUNTY OF WEBSTER WILL
  CAUSE THE RIVERS ENTERING SUTTON LAKE TO COME OUT OF THEIR
  BANKS FRIDAY EVENING AND NIGHT.
