FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA

THE UPPER REACHES OF THE ELK WAS EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT RISES TO ABOVE
FLOOD STAGE. ALSO...THE LARGER STREAMS AND CREEKS IN POCAHONTAS COUNTY
...ESPECIALLY IN THE WESTERN END...WERE FLOODING. THE UPPPER REACHES OF
THE GAULEY WAS FLOODING AS WELL.
 
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS NOT FORECASTED THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.  THUS
THE UPPER REACHES OF THESE RIVERS SHOULD BEGIN RECEEDING AROUND NOON.
